As a patient of Holistic IM, you get so much more than just primary care, you get a Premier Healthcare Experience.

We provide each of you with a customized long-term health recovery and maintenance plan. Remember prevention is always better than cure. Continuously return for regular check-ups and proactively track the condition to reduce harm and side effects. membership pricing

Membership Plan

Plan A – $100/ month, plus $30 for each visit. (12 months contract).

Plan B – $100/ month, plus $60 for each visit (6 months contract).

Membership is limited. Once our membership panel is full, you will be placed on a waitlist and may need to seek care elsewhere while waiting. Please call us to get detailed information and free consulting.

Acupuncture

First Session. (30 minutes intake + 30 minutes treatment) $300. (5-15 minutes intake + 30 minutes treatment) $225.

Herb consultation $120 / session

Follow up

Pay As You Go $150 / session

First Session. $190

Follow up 30 minutes. $120

No-shows and late cancellations (in 24h) will be required to pay $60 upfront, towards the cost of the full visit and/or to be returned after the visit if you bill insurance. Thank you for being so understanding. effected on 09/01/2024
